Borough Street Parking Restrictions

Please be aware of Borough Ordinance 242-2D

No person shall park a vehicle between the hours of 2:00 am. and 6:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 1 on any street or road in the Borough.
Also, Borough Ordinance 242-24 - Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the roadway,
an emergency shall exist and no vehicles shall be parked on any Borough street, road, highway, right-of-way or thoroughfare
except in conformity with this ordinance.  Except as permitted pursuant to these regulations, no vehicle shall be parked or
left unattended on any street, right-of-way or thoroughfare, until the street, road, highway, right-of-way or thoroughfare
has been plowed.
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this subsection shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic and any Police Officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
