RABIES CLINIC PROCEDURES:

• Rabies Vaccination Certificate will be emailed to you before your appointment.- You MUST bring your completed vaccination certificate with you to your appointment
• Do NOT enter the building until your time slot is posted on the door outside the building
• 1 person per household is allowed in the building
• Dogs must be leashed and cats MUST be in a pet carrier

HOW TO RENEW YOUR PET LICENSE AT THE CLINIC you MUST BRING the following completed...

• Copy of Spay/Neuter certificate (if licensing for 1st time)
• PAYMENT $12 ($15 non Spayed/Neutered) Checks payable to “Borough of Old Tappan”
