Welcome you and your children to this year’s Summer Recreation Camp....
Camp Serendipity 2008
Camp begins on Tuesday July 15th and runs through July 31st.
Camp hours are 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Tuesday through Thursday
I would like to point out a few guidelines to keep the camp running smoothly.
SNACKS- This year we are asking parents to pack a small snack for their children. Please clearly label the snack with the child's name and grade. Juice will be provided.
DROP-OFF BY 9 AM - Please make sure your child is checked off as "present" each day. There will be a counselor with a clipboard taking attendance for each group. Please proceed to the front entrance of the school and signs will direct you where to drop off your child.
PICK-UP AT NOON – A parent should arrive by 11:55, and proceed to the same area as the drop-off. If a friend or relative is picking up your child, notify a Supervisor, in writing, naming the individual to pick-up the child. This note will be given to your child’s counselor who will release a child only after the individual has identified themselves properly to the counselor. If an early pick-up is desired, a note must also be provided at the start of camp, or, in an emergency, advise a supervisor. Be sure that the child’s counselor has made a notation that you have picked up your child.
SNEAKERS – Sneakers are highly recommended. The periods of field games are quite active and sneakers are required in the gym.
BOTTLE WATER – Your child may bring bottled water but we do provide ample water and cups throughout each session along with juice at snack time. School fountains are also available.
DOGS – For the safety of the children dogs are prohibited on the premises before, during and after the camp hours.
SUPERVISORS – If you have any questions or problems, please bring them to the attention of a supervisor.

Campers can be registered on-line by going to https://register.communitypass.net/reg.
Registration dates: April 15th through July 15th....late fee applies after July 7, 2008 ($20.00)
Campers are eligible if they are entering kindergarten in September through those who will be entering the 5th grade.
Counselors must be a minimum of 14 years old before the start of camp on July 15th.
