Garden State Parkway Northbound

  • Garden State Parkway North to Exit 172, "Grand Ave. Montvale/Park Ridge".
  • Right onto Grand Ave., travel 2.8 mi. to end of road (through 5 traffic lights & l blinker light).
  • Make right onto Middletown Rd., which changes name to Rivervale Road.
  • Travel approx. 1.4 mi. on Rivervale Road, passing "Romanza" Restaurant on right.
  • Make next left onto Poplar Rd., travel around Lake Tappan.
  • At bottom of hill, make left at traffic light onto Old Tappan Rd.
  • Borough Hall is ½ mi. on right side of road (Firehouse first, then Borough Hall driveway).
