The Borough Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Borough.  This person is in charge of all Borough employees, is liaison between the Mayor and Council and all departments, boards and committees, and prepares ordinances and resolutions.

As Borough Clerk, Jean prepares Mayor and Council meeting agendas, maintains minutes, issues licenses, and is the chief election official. The Borough Clerk also manages the housing of government documents, and all OPR (Open Public Records) requests must be made through her office. In addition, she is responsible for issuing Business Licenses, and Housing of Animals Licenses on a yearly basis.

Mary is the first person you will probably meet at the Borough Hall!   If you have a question, she will either assist you or direct you to the right person.  Mary is also the Borough's Registrar, issuing dog or cat licenses, marriage licenses,  and certified death certificates. She also will provide voter registration forms and passport application information.
